Ray Smith CEO

Ray brings a wealth of experience to our team. He served in the United States Marine Corps, where he guarded nuclear warheads, torpedoes, and ammunition shipments on gunboats. Following his military service, Ray built a career in security management spanning 20 years, including roles in both private and corporate security. He also has extensive experience overseeing Human Resource departments and developing client service teams in high-rise buildings in San Francisco and the East Bay.

Ray’s previous roles include serving as the Director of Human Resources at Professional Technical Security Services (Pro-Tech Security) from 2005 to 2022, and later as an Account Manager at Pal-American Security, following Pro-Tech Security’s acquisition in 2022. He is now serving as Chief of Operations at Wright Guard Security.
